It’s not really an important distinction.  Just felt like I’d reach a change — you know, a place you’d end a chapter.  The setup is done, now on to something new. 

I decided to keep going with the part number without reference to chapter, just to make it easier for people who miss a few eps and need to jump back.  Linear counting is a good thing.
