]]> By: lethe http://couragemyfriend.org/fiction/winter-rain/story/part-56/comment-page-1/#comment-731 Thu, 23 Oct 2008 04:13:20 +0000 http://fiction.courage-my-friend.org/?p=137#comment-731 Although I’m coming in the middle of the show, or perhaps the end of the show if this is the last part of Chapter Five, I can appreciate the action and eventfulness of your fiction.  You seem to fully embrace your professor’s mantra.  You blend your narrator’s voice in well with your depiction of what’s going on, his asides punctuate the action and that brings us closer to his perception of the story.  Personally however I think I would like more of that.  Comparing our different styles of writing, it seems we’re on separate ends of the spectrum Chris.  You’re all action and little back story, and I’m all backstory and little action.  Excellent post.
